Our Story
In 2021, I opened my first repair shop. We were fixing 30+ devices a week, and I spent half my time apologizing for lost tickets, forgotten updates, and messy intake processes.
I tried every software on the market. They were all either incredibly expensive, visually stuck in the 90s, or impossible to train new techs on.
So, I built RepairOps. What started as an internal tool to manage my own shop's tickets has grown into a platform trusted by shops around the world. We believe that repair shop owners deserve software as modern as the devices they fix.
